At Glidewell Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
